Calm yourself by Writing

We all have someone with whom we share our day to day happenings, our ambitions, our dreams, even our darkest secrets.
Be it your mom, dad, brother, sister, best friend, boyfriend or your pet.
I have always been close to that one person in my life- Me!

Even today when I have an understanding person by my side I have never stopped talking to myself. I talk a Lot in my head, but at last I write ✍️

It helps me tremendously. I will tell you how-

1. It takes out the unnecessary bullshit out of your priorities.

2. You began to see a clearer picture which helps you to prioritize your goals.

Basically, like a 'Cleansing milk'- it wipes out dirt and leaves behind clear image about what needs to be done first. Our brain also needs a regular maintenance. So we go on a vacation, we meditate and some pursue their hobbies. I write- to know the status of my mental health. What all is in inside both conscious and sub-conscious mind.

It should not be a TASK !!!
Some days We write, some days not
Whenever there are thoughts gushing in your mind. Put them to rest as soon as you begin writing. Take it slow, at your own pace.
The way you like it,
Write pointers,
Write stories,
All depending on your mood 😊

If you got to achieve something, you got to write. It is not something forced. You have to!
You want to...
Because there are so many things to finish out and we need to prioritize. We need to stop putting all the pressure on our head. When we write, we tell our brain to relax and see it is on the paper now, you need not remember all of this. Chill!

Do you connect with it, what all I just said? your comments are precious, pour some so that I can get to know more what you guys think about it.

Love💛
