I have been sharing my personal experiences with the home made products but what would be better than the secrets from these beautiful divas.

They haven't undergone under any knife. These are pure natural god-made beauties.
This list has the names of those pretty ladies whom I adore a lot. Though my list is very extensive but I had to cut it short to 10 most interesting faces which I look up to on regular basis and are my idols.
For these divas time has stood still and age is just a number.

Here goes the list-

1. Adriana Lima, 35 years

You must have seen this Brazilian supermodel setting fire on VS runways. Her dark hair, blue eyes and enviable bone structure, she nails looking beautiful and sexy both at the same time.
But do you know what she does to keep her skin radiant and youthful?
It is the chilly coconut water my dear friends. She drinks a lot of it and soaks her skin in the ice-cold coconut water with the help of cotton pads. The well sculpted face with flawless skin and the body so fit one can die-for. She likes to break a sweat doing boxing and jumping ropes.
In make up just red lipstick and she is done looking sexy for anytime. she doesn't like heavy eyelashes, just a double coat of mascara for those sparkling blue eyes.
"During the night, I apply Vit. E and argan oil. It gets bit sticky but I don't care. I wash it off in the morning."
Plus carrying herself with that exquisite poise and confidence, that fearless look in her eyes is something everyone yearns for.

2. Candice Swanepoel, 28 years

Besides being on the Forbes top 10 earning super models, Candice gave a birth to a son this year. This South African beauty's daily routine includes cleansing, toning, moisturizing and adding an eye cream in the night. She is a big fan of green tea and tea-tree oil products. Drinking coconut water and mixes different things like fruits and vegetables in her smoothie. 
For her bewildering healthy hair, she uses argan or cold-presses olive oil. When she is travelling she needs to have a rosewater in her bag so that her pores remain close and skin feels tight.

Being an Indian, how can one not apply haldi (turmeric) besan (gram fluor) and milk as an exfoliant. Additionally, yoghurt as an moisturiser and cucumber face pack is her beauty mantra. She prefers brown rice over refined white rice. She is an ardent follower of eating several but small meals over 3 large meal practice. She has never been into too much of gymming but makes it sure to begin her day with brisk walking followed by light exercises and power yoga.

5. Kendall Jenner, 21 years

In an interview with, this stylish Kardashian beauty bomb when asked about her secret mentioned that because of her modelling career she has to put on lots of make-up and therefore she has to wash her face atleast 2-3 times a day.

"When I was studying nutrition, I learned about dandelion and the cleansing and detox effects that it has."

"It's about balance as well, and not beating yourself up - it's not about depriving yourself."
Miranda also suggested Japanese 'Spoonk mats' , which are apparently based on Shiatsu massage and acupressure techniques, to energize your body, and an "upside down machine" can also be quite handy too.
"I have goats milk because you absorb the calcium from goat's milk much easier than regular milk. And as for the maple syrup, I just heard that you can't heat honey, so I'm using maple syrup instead of honey."
"I grew up doing gymnastics. After I grew out of that, I got into yoga. From yoga, I got into Pilates, which I love. It's important to find exercise you enjoy, otherwise you'll never do it. Every workout isn't for everyone; find whatever it is you enjoy doing, even if it's walking with a friend or going swimming. I recently bought myself a mini trampoline, so I've been on that a lot it's fun to do with my son. We turn the music on and just jump!"
"I eat healthy 80% of the time and indulge the other 20%."

1. She drinks lukewarm water with some lemon and honey added in it in the morning to flush out the toxins.
2. Her breakfast consists of a bowl of fresh fruits with idli or porridge or upma or poha or a multi-grain toast with egg whites.
3. For mid day snack she has a glass of fresh vegetable juice mixed with some amla juice and two brown bread toasts with egg whites.
4. Her lunch comprises of 2 chapattis and rice with veggies and chicken along with sprouts as salad
5. For evening snack she has a peanut butter sandwich or if on shoots she has idli or poha
6. Dinner includes a bowl of soup with steamed veggies and salad.
If she feels hungry at night after dinner she snacks on oranges or any seasonal fruit with handful of nuts.
7. Avoid fried and oily foods and try to avoid carbs at night.

Don’t starve yourself and eat everything but in moderation.
We have seen her eating small, balanced meals after 2-3 hours while she was judging India's Great Talent show. 
Have breakfast like a king, lunch like a royal prince and dinner like a pauper says it all.

She doesn’t get much time to go to a gym but she tries to train at least three times a week for an hour and a half to maintain her enviable curves.

1. We know how much she loves to dance. But it is not about dancing only, it is her fitness mantra. She practices different dance forms like Bharatnatyam, Jazz Ballet and Russian Ballet.
2. She does 20 minutes of cardio exercises
3. Practices kick boxing
3. Aerobics and hip-hop to ensure she’s working on different parts of her body every time
4. She loves to go for a jog or a swim whenever she feels bored by her routine which includes pilates.

Post workout includes protein shake with banana.

This Korean beauty has recently bagged the award for best skin. She attributes her skin texture to the fact that she puts on a face mask daily and to soju cocktail when she needs a nightcap. Her timeless beauty doesn't stop her from doing the roles of a school going girl.

 Ha Ji Won said, "Compared to salty foods, low-sodium and light foods are better for the body, and they help your body feel lighter and more flexible."
2. Yogurt mixed with fruits and nuts
Mixing fruits and nuts in yogurt. She said, "I can never give up fruits. I really love berries. I have to eat fruits at least once a day. All you have to do is to mix some fruits and nuts, and add yogurt to make a mixture. This way you can get fruits, nuts, and yogurt all at once. It'll make you feel happy too."
3. Pumpkin Latte
Make the pumpkin latte drink by mixing steamed pumpkin, milk, and honey in a blender. "You'll feel full after drinking it. It tastes great & helps you lose weight."
4. Soju Cocktail
If you want to drink alcoholbut are worried about your skin. Don't worry! our diva has a plan ans it's very simple take 3 lemons, 1 soju bottle, soda and 1 teaspoon honey.

When in Brazil, she inundates herself with fresh coconut water and moisturizer. She says her skin produces less oil when it’s properly hydrated and moisturized.

I have blotting papers handy at all times to soak it the oil from face.

Being naturally tanned, the chances of me getting burned are rarer than my fair-skinned friends, but the sun is brutal on the skin (regardless of your pigment) so I always use products with coverage. Lip moisturizers with SPF are among her absolute must-haves. I think most of us forget that our lips can get burned and dry out too.
