Hello my Stunningly Good-Looking readers!

Today Let's get some knowledge about the simple 3 step procedure which can do wonders to your skin if done correctly.

We all at some point of tired or even in our daily regime cleanse our skin, Not only does it refresh ourselves but also helps in anti-aging.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT ??

Before we head onto buying oh wow! Neutregena is best , I will buy it. No, no Lotus has got better reviews.

WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND OUR OWN SKIN FIRST.

What is the requirement of our skin then only proceed to look for reviews of the product. Everyone has different skin and related problems which they need to know before trying any product.
 Keeping the post crisp-

1. I personally prefer natural products, cleansing is removing dust from skin-I use wheat flour to clear my pores. It is easily available in everybody's household. It does the work of fine scrubber.
If you have make up on your face use coconut oil.
You can also rub your nose with Baking Powder to remove black heads. Between it also helps whiten your teeth.
Wash it with Luke warm water. It opens up your pores and let them breathe in!

2. Lemon is good toner for oily skin but don't use it on dry skin. It's acidic nature will make it drier.
Instead use it with Patanjali's Gulaabjal.

3. Apply Honey + lemon paste and leave it for 10 min. It adds glow and moisture to our skin. Honey is a beautiful cleanser. So in all it is a mix of cleanser and a toner.

Another way is to take oats and few almonds in a mixer, grind them and add few spoons of milk. Apply and keep it for 15 mins.

Sometimes I too feel too lazy to go to the kitchen and get some home products. Then I use

Now I have discarded the use of this cleanser as it contains parabens. I use coconut oil instead :)

Ice cubes also work great to close the pores. My parlor girl says after applying a face pack, use ice cubes it will add extra shine n' glow to your face.

Some Important Facts-

1. Don't rush through the steps, give your skin a chance to breathe and understand that it is being treated well so that it is also willing to accept your gifts.

3. Don't leave your skin bare for more than 1 min after cleansing amd toning. Applying face cream as it will start to dehydrate, the dry air attracts moisture out of the skin. Be sure to always leave your toner damp on the skin. This will leave your skin protected and avoid the tight dry feeling. Let it air-dry

4. The one type of oil we don’t recommend for all skin types (even oily skins) is Mineral Oil, as we feel it clogs the pores and suffocates the skin. Avoid Isopropyl and Isomethyl ingredients. They don’t have the word “oil” in their name  these were pore-clogging ingredients. The good oils are Wheat germ oil, Jojoba Oil, Soybean Oil and Sunflower Seed Oil.

5. Our skin is naturally acidic with a pH balance of between 5-6. Due to the alkaline nature of soap, the pH balance of skin gets disturbed. When this happens your skin needs to work overtime to restore the balance and may result in oil, but using a toner helps to restore this balance quickly. Toner shrinks your pores and gives your skin pH balance and can even remove chlorine and minerals present in tap water.

Hope my post helped you.
Stay bright, Stay young.
Beautiful as always.
