Even my 9-5 job could not stop me from doing what I love the most travelling to the unexplored places in India, But, 2020 had its downsides and some perks too! Millennials who wished to work from home, are now happily putting ticks on their bucket checklists. We all surely emerged as artists, gardeners, fitness enthusiasts during this lockdown but mostly people graduated as chefs!
When I came to my hometown just a day before nationwide lockdown, I traveled in flight so I had to self isolate myself for 14 days. It was a tough time mentally. I spoke to people on social media, with whom I never have spoken before. Talking to friends brought comfort since I was self isolating. But the way nature heals your soul, no one can do it. I started gardening. I planted potato, tomato, garlic, rose, green chilli, aloe, mint and the list goes on. Seeing my baby sapling emerge outta soil, the feeling cannot be described. It was pure love. I treat them as my own.
Well, babbling is over. I am a street foodie and I 💜 roadside momos. In the lockdown, we couldn't enjoy this lovely snack. So I decided to make it on my own. It was just an experiment for me but to my surprise, it was not difficult to make, and it tasted so goooooddddd.....that I could not stop myself but share my experience.
